Steven Heffner has been involved in the publishing industry for nearly 30 years. He has held editorial and management positions in the STM, business, policy, and trade sectors. He is currently the Managing Director of Publishing at the IEEE, and was recently the Vice President of Product Strategy at Wolters Kluwer Health. Steven lives in New York City in dangerous proximity to the Strand bookstore, and spends too much of his salary and his family’s limited apartment space on books.
