Katie Gallof is Publisher at Bloomsbury Academic, acquiring in Film and Media Studies. Graduating with a BS in Human Development from Binghamton University, she has worked in publishing for 15 years, first with Thomas Publishing and then Continuum, where she created and established the Media Studies publishing program. She has presented and sat on multiple panels ranging from ‘getting published’ to ‘open access and book publishing’. She lives in Queens with her dog Viv.
