Chrystyna Dail, PhD is Professor of Theatre History and Director of the Integrative Core Curriculum at Ithaca College. Her book, Stage for Action: U.S. Social Activist Theatre in the 1940s, is part of the Theater in the Americas series published through Southern Illinois University Press. She also has chapters in the edited collections Working in the Wings: New Perspectives on Theatre History and Labor and The Great North American Stage Directors. She has published with the Journal of American Drama and Theatre, Theatre History Studies, Arthur Miller Journal, Theatre Journal, Theatre Annual, Modern Drama as well as Performing Arts Resources. She currently serves as Book Review Editor for Theatre Survey.
